Drinking Water

Just confirming what others have done, we do the same. We're big fans of the Brita pitchers that fit the fridge door lower shelf and carry 2 spare filters. We get a season out of a filter, sometimes less. We use Camco filter RV filters to fill tank, replace annually. When going to remote areas (desolation sound) we have also carried an additional 6gal blue water container and use it to top off our on-board tank, filled prior, via the camco hose filter.

We don't like the taste of chlorine in our water so we installed an inline filter under the sink to a drinking water faucet. It has been working great. If we get water from an unchlorinated source, we will add a little chlorine to the tank when we fill, and we don't taste it all.
