EC21 rudder indicator

Hello all...considering installing a rudder position indicator to read from dash...it may help a bit when in reverse back down a pier or out of a slip...interested in there is another R21 with one installed.

Consider just finding center before you move. My 27 is 4 turns lock to lock, so two turns back from lock gives me center position.

I have a Davis stick-on rudder position indicator in Nellie May. Google for "Davis rudder indicator"...abut $30. It accommodates the two turn neutral-to-lock each way and is easy to use. With just a glance, you can see where the rudder positioned. I also put a turks-head knot on the wheel at top dead center, which helps a lot.
