I have a 2022 Cutwater C24 that is having an electric issue after putting about 60 hours on it. I believe I accidentally ran the house batteries down to zero, and now I am only getting power to the house panel if on shore power. The balmar battery monitor also now only shows bank 1 when it used to show banks 1 and 2 (and possibly 3)? The inverter light will turn on green but if I switch the upper left toggle from shore power to inverter to run the AC the panel doesn't turn on. I checked the breakers in the port lazerette and the battery charger is running when plugged into shore power. I have the additional lithium batteries and inverter to run the AC when anchored. So basically engine will start up fine, bank 1 shows 100% SOC, I am getting radio, fridge, navigation, but nothing on the board will work (AC, outlets, microwave, etc.) unless plugged into shore power. Thanks very much.

You may have tripped the GFCI on the inverter itself. On my R-23, I had to remove the panel holding the battery switches (carefully). That allowed me to get to the outlet on the inverter, pull the plug that feeds the panel, and reset the gfci on the outlet. That’s pretty much the only thing that would give you full house power to everything except the inverter.

Thanks very much I will try that. And to confirm, this could be the case even if the inverter light itself (the one below the panel) turns on?
 
Also the chargemate relay status light does not turn on but perhaps that is a separate issue.
 
We have the Kisae 2000W pure sine wave inverter. Yes, if the gfci trips (has only happened once) the inverter light on the remote switch and light on the breaker panel will be on, but the outlet on the inverter will be tripped.
