Engine color option and DEC for '22?

For 2022 C-24 C orders, is Cutwater offering the Yamaha 250 in white and with DEC?
 
So it appears that only the 300 is available in white, and the dealer says that DES is not offered as an option due to the cost of the upgrade. IMO they should leave that decision to the buyer, but I guess they want to blow out the older generation 250s inventory as well.
 
Typo in the original. Meant to say DES or digital electronic steering not just DEC, which has been out for many years now.
