Engine Compartment Heater

We have a 2021 R31 and would like to install an engine compartment heater. Where would be the best location to mount the heater?
 
Our dealer installed a new 120V outlet in the engine compartment, port side aft of the bulkhead and wired it to the 120V panel (vs. direct wire to the inverter plug, which would have been cheaper). We then mounted the Caframo Pali SEEKR (probably the best option) near the top of the port bulkhead, aft of the engine and "around the corner" from the outlet. This set-up has worked well. Wish I had photos but a few thousand miles away from the boat right now.
 
My mechanic did the same on my C30 CB. The pali heater is in the aft section of the engine compartment near the rudder, mounted to the floor. There's a 120v outlet he installed there against the transom wall that's run to the "right" side of the 120v panel, which is the ELCI section. This wiring choice was intentional to avoid the heater accidentally running while the inverter is on, etc.
