Can someone direct me to an image of a installed aqualarm exhaust sensor as it sits on the exhaust system?

It's a band-clamp type of thing like this:

which is wrapped around the exhaust hose just proximal to the muffler. I don't see any pics on an internet search.

What specifically are you looking for?

Good afternoon nzfisher, I installed a sensor and panel on Reflections and am attaching pictures of the installation. I positioned the sensor on the first available plastic of the silencer. My reasoning was that the exhaust tubing and the riser elbow would be slower to transmit elevated temperatures and would be less susceptible to heat damage. I also used a small patch of heat-sink silicone (the stuff used to heat-sink power supply transistors) to ensure any heat rise would register quickly on the sensor. I installed the sensor panel close to the air conditioning thermostat for ease of availability of 12V power and the existing cable run under the sink, past the AC compressor. Everything seems to be working fine. Hope this is of some help ....... both images are in my photo album ......... Fran
