I have a 2018 C28 Cutwater powered by a Volvo D4 260 I-F diesel engine. It has leaked oil since I bought it three seasons ago. I fixed an engine plug that came loose near the front seal. Now I have oil coming from the dipstick and potentially the oil pan. I know the dipstick is a known flaw and will get that fixed. Does anyone know if there is something wrong with the crankcase ventilation in this year/model of the volvo engine? Seems like I might have an air pressure issue in the crank case. I checked the oil fill and do not have noticeable blow by. The crankcase ventilation filter had quite a bit of oil in the media so I swapped it out with only 80 hours on the filter since I changed it last.
