exact boat dimensionts R25

Could someone please give me accurate dimensions for the 2009 R25:

1. Height from KEEL to top of mast,
2. Height from KEEL to top of boat with Mast Lowered
3. Length including swim step.

We need this for inside storage....

The measurements are as follows. Those are very tough measurements to get. My measurements are close but not perfect. Hope this helps.

1. Height from KEEL to top of mast, Not available, since our boats are setup different now.
2. Height from KEEL to top of stack. 130"
3. Length including swim step. 26' 10"


I will go estimate the additional height from the top of the stack to the highest point on the mast, and with the mast down. My 2009 boat has the mast tilting sideways, the 2010 boats have the mast tilting forward.....

Although not a dimension you requested, I recently contacted the factory to determine the "waterline to highest point on the boat" dimension, sometimes referred to as "air draft" and most commonly referred to as "bridge clearance." Sales Manager Mark Mansfield provided the following information. . . the waterline or bridge clearance height is 8'2", and the height on trailer with the forward folding mast is 11'8".

We need the data for a new indoor storage facility we are considering. For little more than a floating dock, we can be stored high and dry. Loste the luxury of evening trips to dine on the boat, but also lose the numerous trips to the boat in bad weather, power outages at our military marina, etc. Rates vary greatly depending on total height of the boat.
