We are replacing all the dining area seating foam & fabric on our 2009 R25 Classic. And the foam & fabric on captains chair as well. The original materials were shot. We are replacing with a eye towards replicating the new Ranger interior color scheme. The folks at Ranger Tugs were helpful in selling us the fabric and vinyl they currently use. THANKS RALF!!
I took lots of photos of the new patterns used on the seats and bolsters while looking at a new R27 during this years Rendezvous.
The one cushion I did not see was the big one used to go on top of the dining table when it is lowered to make a berth. Is that cushion a solid white color? Or solid dark brown? Or patterned like the seat cushions with a white vinyl, a brown vinyl stripe and brown fabric?
A photo of this dining table cushion would be a big help!
Thanks in advance!

It is solid white all around.
Are you doing it all yourself or having someone sew them all for you?

Thanks for the info!
Having the work done by a local boat+auto upholstery shop. I supplied most of the foam as well as the vinyl and fabric. Purchased the 2" and 3" sheet HD36-High Quality foam from The Foam Factory in MI for all the dinette cushions. The local shop is custom building up the captains chair foam and we are reusing the bolster foam. The foam cost about $200 and labor will be $850.
I'll add photos to my album when it's done.

How much was the fabric? I'm thinking of doing the same thing this spring.

I don't have the final tally on that yet as the shipping charges weren't included when I got my original materials estimate. But it will be more than the foam cost. And Ranger Tugs customer service was really doing this as a favor to us.
There's several threads on the problems owners have encountered with the fabric used in the dinette seats and captains chairs during the period our 2009 was built. In addition to the fabric being shot, the foam on our seats no longer provided any support.
The factory no longer has the patterns for the R25 Classic seats and I'm not the original owner. So getting the fabric and vinyl from Ranger Tugs and organizing everything else on our own was the best option. Suggest you contact customer service and see if they are able to offer any help. There was a long lead time (months) involved to get the fabric and vinyl.

The R-25 Classic re-upholstery project is now 90% complete. Decided to wait until Fall to re-do the helm seat. Just ran out of time! Posted photos of the "after" on my Upholstery Upgrade album.

Hi Al, Looks great!

Hi Curt and Tracy! Thanks for your help on the answer to the original dinette berth cushion color question. Can't wait to get back on the water. Made a number of big and little upgrades to Our Journey this winter! Hope to see you this summer!
