Factory bilge pump in 2007 R-21 EC

Hello. What was the factory bilge pump on my R-21? I can't make out the brand of the pump but it is red/black. What looks like the float has a label 'SPXFL'. Are either of this original?

Also, should I be able to operate the bilge manually when I toggle it on (using the consul) regardless if there is any water in the bilge? Mine does not come on.

They are original and you should be able to turn on the pump at the switch.

I purchased the replacement pump, not the entire system and installed it. Works a treat. Much easier than putting in another brand and having to install an entire new system Thanks.
