Factory pics online?

It would be nice if someone with the proper access would post some pictures of various stages of assembly of each line of tugs with pictures of how hoses and wires are routed as well as how some items are affixed to the superstructure and hull

Some assembly pictures have been posted by some users which are very helpful but leave out some detail.

I am posting this suggestion as we as owners are supposed to have some understanding of how things are put together. We can't just roll in to the next service station and have someone work on the boat of fix an issue. Dealers and factory are sometimes not near and when some marine service is near they might not have the needed info

Of course there is the issue with production lines that improve or change over time as new parts are installed which makes is how of documentation even more important.

This is quite a tall order IMO. I'm not saying Ranger could not do it ... but my guess is that any two Ranger Tug assemblies are very likely to be different as Ranger has a tendency to change things as they develop better and better assembly techniques. Plus some Ranger Tugs are likely customized to some degree. My approach to this would be to call Ranger Tugs for information related to the issues you've brought up.

I'm sure Andrew, Kenny et al will help as best they can to give you details about hidden things etc, and how to go about getting what you want done, done.

If you have a particular thing you want more detail on then post here to see if another Ranger Tug owner has already gone down the same path you wish to go down and get their insights.

Yes, I understand the plight of a person many miles away from a Ranger Tug dealership wanting 'details', but given there are now hundreds of Ranger Tugs of all models (except for the most recent ones) there's bound to be an owner who can post here to help you.
