I had a chance to visit the Ranger Tugs factory in Monroe Washington yesterday while in town on a business trip. Ranger builds the R29 and R31 in the Monroe facility adjacent to the fair grounds (Cutwater also has a factory in Monroe at a different location). Plant Manager Bob Berget was my guide and all I can say is that I left very impressed with the Ranger Tugs team and the boats they build. If you ever have the chance to make the visit I highly recommend it. I learned a lot about the way the boats are designed and built and gained a new appreciation for their durability and quality. Most importantly I was able to make the final color choice for our '14 R31CB and it is going to be Laurene Green! Can't wait to get her late this summer. Thank you to the Ranger Tugs team for their hospitality and patience with all of my questions!

Did they send you away with a Laurene Green colored Ranger Tug jacket... 😉 That would be a smart move for them to do after taking the factory tour. 😀
