Got our R23 out on Elliott bay this beautiful day today. Made me wonder if there are other Rangers that want to cruise to Poulsbo , Gig Harbor or Port Townsend on some nice days this fall
?

I saw you making the loop down and back from my perch over the sculpture park. It was a gorgeous day and you were looking fine on the bay. We hope to get out this fall. Our boat is on M dock.

Cheers,

Bruce

Let us know when you are thinking/planning a trip over to Poulsbo and we would join up with you. We keep our R-27/OB at the Port of Edmonds as do several other RT and R-23 owners.

A 1-day heads up notice would work for me.... or PM will work also.

Alternatively you could simply say where you're going and leave it to others to join up as they wish.

I would like to go also! A day's notice would be helpful🙂

I appreciate the interest and flexibility. I’ll post with a date for the trip. I like to watch the weather and grab a fair weather window when it appears. Often a 3 to five day notice of good weather. Weekdays fine? Or weekends only?

Mary and I are taking our R23, Daisy, on a little overnight to Poulsbo next Monday, 11/6. If you want to and can join us for this mini cruise We’d love the company It’ll be our first overnight on Daisy. We’ll probably have dinner ashore and lunch and breakfast on board to keep it simple . Estimate leaving Elliott Bay marina around 10 am. Be glad to swing by Edmonds marina to meet fellow rangers for the trip.
I’m at ernieseevers@mac.com if you want to contact me. Or on ch68 on the water that day .

Well, I got the boat all prepped yesterday ready for this trip over to Poulsbo today but 1st Mate was not up to it this morning. I thought about a solo event but it's no fun without 1st mate onboard plus family got nervous with me being solo after having an aortic aneurism surgery some 3 weeks back even though the Doc said I could return to normal activities last Thursday..... bummer. Shame, as it's sunny and fairly calm with little wind as best I can see. Tomorrow will be dry as well and then rain forecast afterwards. We all should take advantage of the sunny windows we get here at this time of year in the PNW.... 🙂

Ernie: I hope you had/have a good trip. 🙂
