I bought a 2018 R27 LE last week and have been going through things on the boat . About every 5 hours I have enough water in the front bilge ( by the shower sump pump ) for it to come on . I have been running the air , and know the AC condensation drain runs into it . Have not heard the shower sump come on . How often would the shower sump come on with AC running all the time ? Is the shower sump leaking into the bilge ? ——- other question is the FAN switch on dash is for air to clear the front windshield? I can ‘t hear any noise or feel any air . Trying to locate this blower motor ? Anyone have similar issues ? Thanks

Sounds like the bilge pump in the shower sump is not working and the water is overflowing into the bilge.. Should be dry up at the front.
There should be a switch for the window fans.. maybe there is a fuse blown.

While we have an R-23, I was surprised by the amount of condensation that is formed from the a/c (we have the Webasco 10K BTU unit). We were on a short weekend getaway and ran the a/c during the evenings and overnight for two days. Upon arriving back to our home base, I noticed the underside of the cave was wet. After investigating, I noticed that the two gravity-fed drain hoses from the condensation pan were routed too high to allow for overboard draining through the thru hull fitting (the one that is shared by the v-berth sink). I did reroute the hoses downward, so the water wasn't fighting gravity. I contacted my local dealer and was informed that there will always be about 1/2" of water in the pan. While your setup is a little different, and as Irish Mist mentioned, it almost sounds like the shower bilge is not working. Hope you get it sorted out. Cheers! -Norm

Thanks for the tips , had all the cave panels out ,Checked AC , checked shower bilge operation, tightened / checked all hose clamps . Doing overnight with all water tank water and all seacocks off . No water source . Pulled bilge fuses for the bilge pump floats . Want to see if water is coming through the hull .
