Where can I get parts for my 2013 R 27 sink faucet (only the section on the sink itself)? I have disassembled-reassembled the entire faucet spigot section trying to fix a leak. I think it is a black rubber gasket (missing) that should be on the bottom of the black plastic insert nozzle that fits into the metal spigot?

Sorry, a pic would help for responses, but is there a PDF of the faucet workings and parts that I can order from? I imagine the protocol these days is simply having to replace the entire faucet system all the way back to the water pump 🙂

Thanks.

Inside the metal "looking" housing there is a black plastic nozzle that carries the water. (The metal looking exterior is for looks only). There should be an O ring on the end of the black plastic nozzle right at the tip. If there is not, indeed you will need a replacement. If it is there but still leaking it is probably not seated properly. I have found it is very difficult to get this to seat all the way. It is a blind fit. Add a little vaseline to the O ring and then reinsert carefully. I recall there is a key at the other end that needs to align with a slot in the faucet housing. I had to try at least three times before it seated properly and viola' no leak!

If you are missing the O ring and can't find the parts list for the exact model, you could probably bring the black nozzle to Home Depot to find a generic O ring that will fit. You could also get the model number from Richard in the parts department at Ranger Tugs and do an Internet search for the parts list from there.
