can anyone please help me locate these fender hangers I am confident I have seen on a picture on tugnuts.

I am looking for these rail mounted plastic fender hangers that clamp to the rail and easily allows to run the fender lines through and adjust the height.

Something like this :http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=62735&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=50304&subdeptNum=50340&classNum=50342#.UdyBpsu9KSM

Tying a clove hitch knot will work just as well if not better.

I use fendergrips for my fenders. I waited for a boat show and found a vendor there that made a good deal.

Take a look at the Defender web site. They have much to offer.

I see your from Seattle. I bought what I think you're looking for at Fisheries Supply in Seattle (Ballard) several years ago, you should check them out.

I suspect these Taylor Made clip on plastic fender hangers sold by Overton's are what you are looking for. I've been using them on my R-25 for the past couple of years and they work as advertised. They make hanging and adjusting fenders very easy. If memory serves me correctly they come two to a pack. I've ordered from Overton's on several occasions without any problems. They normally offer free shipping.
