We have a 2017 Cutwater C28 and we finally received our replacements for the recalled Kidde fire extinguishers. Looking for recommendations as to where people have stratigically installed them so they were out of the way but readily assessable. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
 
one is installed by entry door just under power switches
second is in closet by stairs into vberth.
 
On my R-27/OB I have two; one slightly forward and above the sink area and attached to the slanted wood panel as high up as possible and the 2nd one is in port side aft corner of the cockpit and located to not interfere with the cockpit's port side flip down seat. Only require two Fire Extinguishers for the R-27/OB per USCG rules.



 
We keep one in the cabin(in the head) and one in the cockpit locker. Figure one inside and one outside makes them readily accessible if the need arises.
