Hello All
First time wiring a boat. I am trying to install a new portable live well pump on my Cutwater 24. Should I run the wiring up to the fuse panel located behind the controls in the head or is it OK to just wire the live well to the switch and battery with an in-line fuse? From a quick look it seems like there is a harness of earth connections next to the charger, but all connections for positive and negative go up front.
If the best & safest approach is to run the wires up front, what is the path and how do I get access? The layout of the C24 is basically the same as the R23 I believe.
I’d prefer to do this right and not a fudge, particularly as it’s a gas I/O.
Thanks
Sean
