Fish rod holder - flap away

Subject: Fish rod holder - flap away

I've never had this happen before, but find the black rubber flap that conceals the top of the fish rod holders simply fly off to the deep once their feeble hinge attachment breaks. Annoying to say the least..... sigh.

Anything plastic has limited life span.

Are they easy to replace, and where does one buy them from I wonder ?

Same thing happened to me... The best part is, I've never used said pole holder!
