I was watching Wallander "One Step Behind" DVD (BBC TV series) yesterday and noticed the tug-looking boat that took Wallander over to a small island off the North sea coast of southern Sweden was flying five solid black flags all at different heights. What is the significance of this I wondered? Any clues? Thanks. 🙂
BTW -- I simply love this TV series as it always shows Volvos, glorious Swedish countryside scenery and boats.
