Flir Nightvision Power on?

This seems like a stupid question, but we could not figure out how to power up the Flir Night Vision on our new to us Ranger 31CB. This is a 2013 model that we were told was brought back to factory in 2016 to have this installed. We tried holding the power button down as well as quick push of the button. We could not find another switch labeled anything related and tried the generic “accessory” switches with no luck. Prior owner is out of state and could not remember. Are we missing something? Thank you!

I power mine on through the chart plotter. From the home screen, at the bottom of the right hand menu column, is an option for something that I can't remember right now (sucks getting old, Might be accessories). Tap that, and the next screen should have a video icon on the screen. Tap that, and then tap the menu button at the bottom of the screen. The FLIR should (might) appear at the top right hand corner of the screen. I hope that helps. I can go back to the boat tomorrow and get more accurate info if you want.

It was a fuse. Once we replaced the fuse it powered right on and we were able to access it via the Garmin as described.

Glad you got it to work! Where was that fuse located?

This fuse was in the cabinet behind the helm, accessed from the vberth.
