I saw that there is a flotilla every year held on the Great Lakes, and we got excited looking forward to attending in 2026.
We have signed up at eventbrite any idea when it get posted and where it will be?

We are new owners and plan on spending some time on Lake Erie during the 2026 season. Would be interested in attending as well.

We are new to the Ranger Tugs family (R31-CB - 2013) and would enjoy participating next season as well.

I believe that I saw something posted in January last year. The Get together at Mackinaw was a great deal of fun and I learned a lot.

I understand that it would likely be in another place. Rotates around a bit.

Thats Fine, I think getting together with like minded people aboard like boats is exciting! Seeing what others like, is awesome, especially when it involves travel on the water to new destinations!
We made it a point to not travel more than 40-50 miles per day, motoring in our sailboat and than go out to dinner in a new town every night.
If there was something exciting in a town, we might stay for two days, we went up the river and up the eastern side of michigan, across lake Huron, to the Les Chenelle islands, (snow Islands) anchored out there for two days, By the town of Hessel where they make wooden boats, than onto st Ignace for a week, than back.
Obviously, we can make better time now. but some of our destinations were memorable!
Bottom line-I am up for a trip! And not just because its late November in Ohio! 😉

As this is our First Summer with Our boat, we want to stay on the Great Lakes, Next summer w are planning on going through the Erie Canal and into the finger Lakes,so we are not doing the other events though they are interesting!

There is no Ranger Tug Rendezvous planned for the Great Lakes in 2026. I expect to see one for 2027. We will pan our cruises this summer without a Rendezvous on the itinerary.

Will look forward to 2027.

We plan to cruise the Erie East to West during July 2026 i. Sweet Pea.

Thanks All for getting your plans out, We are located in the western basin of Lake Erie-Near the islands-Port Clinton, Sandusky, Vermilion.
We dock our boat in West Harbor and would love to Catch up with everyone.
We have boated the area for 30 years. We have been up to Lake Michigan and over to Erie Pa. by boat along both coasts and would love to meet up somewhere!
My wife would love to get to Geneva on the lake this year, There are many fun destinations along the north coast of Ohio!
One of our Favorite spots is Middle Bass Island which we frequent.

Look forward to it.

I may have spoken too soon. There is a possibility that there is something in the works for a Great Lakes Rendezvous in 2026. It will have a different lead than the hard-working folks that organized it in the past. I would keep your eyes open here for a future announcement. I have been to many of them, and they are worthwhile to put on your Great Lakes cruising schedule.

You will have a fantastic time on the Erie Canal with your Ranger Tug!
