Fold Out Cockpit Seats

First post here. Looking at buying a Ranger 31, or Cutwater 30.

Question about the foldout seats in the cockpit.

Is there a limit to how fast you can go with someone sitting in the foldout seats and not get wet? I'm guessing wind and waves would also be a factor.

The fold out seats should not be deployed while underway. There is warning light in the cabin to remind you they open.
