For What Use is This Piece of Sunbrella?

I found this

in my R21-EC along with the other factory provided sunbrella pieces. It has velcro along the long edges. What is it supposed to cover?

Dave , I believe we once determined its for the antenna when towing to guard against chafing at the ratchet mount rain gutter interface.
But I could be wrong.
Its a puzzler , as it appeared on some new boats and it didnt have a manual !

It is to cover the steering and electrical cables under the helm as they
lead behind the control panel. Kenny helped us figure it out in Anacortes
this year.
