we don't have AC on our 2012 R25 so I wanted to add some air flow.
Last year I added a new multi speed vent fan to our RV and thought it could work on the boat.
Took a bit of work but we now have a 6 speed fan that can push or pull air into or out of the front hatch.
Works very well. Its held up in place with velcro so fairly easy to pull off and give full access to the hatch.

What is it and where can I get one?

This is the one I bought, just stripped the top off of it: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0B66Z77X6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Had to make a 1" spacer between the Ranger hatch bezel and the new fan in order for the fan motor to clear the Ranger hatch top when closed. Used 4 of the Ranger hatch screws to hold it in place so easy to remove and look stock again.

Used a couple of Anderson connectors on the power wires so its easy to unplug and remove.
I could build a nice trim ring for the whole thing but I'm more about function than looks. :>)
