Our Helm Entry Door has always been an issue if slid back but recently it has become worse. Is there a methodology to remove, clean, and lubricate? Without Taking the boat to a yard or on a Lyft? Had a guest slide it all the way back the other day and it was almost impossible to get it to slide forward again.

I can provide information. I have the R31CB, but the door should be the same. My newly purchased 2021 had a sticky helm door, and I followed advice from my sales rep at Pocket Yachts to get some spray graphite lube for the tracks. Worked very well, but beware: it is carbon, and there will be drips from using the provided plastic tube, so have alcohol and an ammonia-based cleaner available to remove any drips or spots ASAP.

I use dry silicone spray on my sliding helm door. No mess.

I also used spray silicone on the helm door to loosen it up with success.

With mine, the back half of the track is exposed on the outside. Spraying that with lube should make the last bit of door travel better.

Sorry for my late response... it's been a strange month. Thank you all for taking the time to respond.

OBTW, the same silicone sprays also work great on the sliding windows...
