Fresh water hose hookup

2015 R-27
There is no freshwater hose connection on my boat in the location shown in the manual.(midships, starboard side)
I have not been able to locate one. Does anyone know of it's location?

Fresh water dockside connections were eliminated at sometime, probably shortly before your boat was built.....that’s why you can not locate it. We had one on our 2012 R27 but not our 2018 R29S.

Those dock side water connections were eliminated for a very good safety issue. As the boats get older the internal plastic hoses get brittle. If you left the dock water hose pressure on at the boat fitting and a hose inside the boat failed it could sink your boat. All-in-all those fittings were a significant and unnecessary risk. We have one on our boat that will NEVER be used!

Hello kjoverbeck, as others have mentioned we stopped installing the dockside water fittings prior to when your boat was built.
