Fresh water pump part number and model for replacement

2022 R27 Fresh water pump runs constantly when the switch for the freshwater system is turned on. Water will not access any of the facets (galley sink, head sink or stern fresh water shower. I located the pump under the galley sink. I re\moved the outtake flow from the pump and the water flows out but slowly and sporadically. Do I have tow issues ? one: fresh water pump always running when I press switch - is this the actuator on the fresh water tank (is there an actuator on the tank?) Two: has the pump failed? will I need a replacement ? has anyone run into these issues ?

One: Is your tank empty? If not, then you most likely have the pickup tube stuck to the bottom of the tank. It will need to be removed and trimmed at a 45-degree angle so it does not seal itself against the bottom of the tank. Access to the pickup is through the mid-berth and the panels near the floor on the lower port side.

Two: There is no actuator on the tank. It could also be a bad pump, but I would first inspect the freshwater pickup at the tank.
