Fresh water tank access on 2010 Ranger tug 25

We apparently have a leak above the fresh water tank, either in the piping or tank itself. Water seeps up around the floor
Tank. How do we access tank and/or piping?

I have a 2010 25SC. I believe if you pull the fridge out you can get to some of the tank and its piping. Before you do that I would inspect all the piping runs that you can see behind the cabinets. Recently on a R27 the city water connection developed a leak inside the boat when the boats fresh water system was under pressure. Perhaps putting a dye in the water would help.
