Happy Labor Day. We are back over the wall into the US. See my earlier posts on getting in and out of Canada. It is worth the hassle.
While in Roscoe Bay (saw the RT Annie Time there), we ran into a couple who swear by their EFOY fuel cell generator. It is silent, makes no exhaust, and is easy to set so it comes on automatically. It is expensive (but really not that much more than a diesel generator), it looks really easy to install and is surprisingly small. Have any of the tug owners installed one of these? And I can imagine combining this with a hefty Lithium battery bank you would have the amp hours to run reverse cycle AC.
This is all idle thinking until Ranger Tugs comes up with something in between the 31 and the fortysomething, of course.
And a sage reminder to us all: a rising tide only raises those with boats.
