Having finally cut an access hole in the floor of our R25 after much fear and trepidation I am now ready to test / replace the sending unit on the fuel tank. Much to my relief the sending unit was exactly where I drilled the hole!! To this point I have not tried to remove the existing sending unit. I would like to know the make and model of the stock sending unit. Is there a better option available now that wasn't in 2008 for this item? Also would appreciate any tips anyone might have in doing this repair.
