Fusion 700 and MS-BT200 (Left Channel Audio Issue)

This is purely a Fusion 700 and MS-BT200 issue. But since Fusion doesn't have a forum thought I would ask you kind folks.

2014 Cutwater 30 Sedan running Fusion MS-IP700.

Purchased the MS-BT200. Read instructions and said I needed Fusion Link 1.20+. Installed bluetooth module. However after install I lose all LEFT CHANNEL AUDIO.

Verified balance was correct.

Switching back to other sources such as USB, etc. all work fine (full LEFT & RIGHT audio).

I then proceeded to download latest MS-IP700 update which brought my software from V1.1.3255 to V1.1.3360. Also updated remote. Same issue.

I'm starting to think my MS-BT200 has a defective left channel. Verified pins inside of bluetooth module are not broken.

Any other thoughts? I e-mailed Fusion but waiting for reply. Thanks TugNuts!!
 
that is what I did and I do not have the channel issue that you do so it sure sounds like a suspect bluetooth problem. I would try a different sender too though just to make sure it isn't your iPod or source.
 
When using my Fusion with my Sirius satellite mode it does the same thing and looses the left speakers alot of the time. Other modes like using an Ipod work fine. I thought it might be how Sirius broadcasts their stereo signal but interesting to know its happening to other types of attachments.
 
Replaced MS-BT200, no luck. Contacted Fusion. Hopefully they can help. My backup plan is to run some REALLY long USB cables but would be nice to have bluetooth around the boat...
 
Fusion is allowing me to RMA the unit. I'll let you know how it goes...
 
Forgot to update: Fusion repaired my head unit, re installed, did not work. They then sent me yet another BT200 and that in combination with repaired head unit DID WORK. All is well in music land.
 
I am also on my second Fusion bluetooth module. The first one ceased functioning but the replacement they sent under warranty is working fine.
