Hello,
I pulled out the extending galley sink spray nozzle recently, and the nozzle came out with only the inner black hose attached. Somehow the spiral wound metal wrap around the black hose had detached from the nozzle. After unscrewing the nozzle from the hose, it is apparent where the wrap fits inside a cup shaped fitting. But what keeps it attached within the cup? Should it be a friction fit - do I need to squeeze the cup against the wrap? Should I wrap a little tape around the spiral metal wrap and push it into the cup to get a friction fit? There are no traces of any adhesive, or any grooves that the metal wrap can be twisted on to.
What keeps the spiral metal wrap attached to the nozzle?
Thanks
Dave
