My 2012 Cutwater Chartplotter obviously has an internal clock/calendar. However I cannot find a means to reset it and have it retain the new time and date. When accessing tide and current tables for the neighbourhood I have to manually enter the current time and date every time I bring the screen up to get current data. Otherwise it displays data for many years ago as per a default setting. Is there a internal battery somewhere that needs replacing? How do I enter and go thru the menu to make a permanent change to the time and date and have it retained?
 
Based on past posts.... I believe you need to update your GPS antenna firmware. I don't remember the specifics, but a search here will show several threads about a year ago (last March/April) relating to this.
