Garmin 7612 Delamination

I have a Garman 7612 on the bridge of my 2017 R31CB.
The screen is delaminating around the edges. Has anyone had this problem? Can the screen be fixed or replaced or does this mean that the whole unit is failing?

We have the same issue. Does not seem to affect it, but doesn't look very weather tight. Hopefully someone has some good advice

I believe that Garmin had a recall for that reason a year or two ago.

I would reach out to Garmin via the service bulletin that was posted and see what the next step would be. They are a great company with a great support staff!

Wow! I emailed Garmin with pics of the screen delamination on Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I received a response that they would cover it in full as a warranty issue. They confirmed my address and sent me a prepaid UPS shipping sticker. The unit is four years old and clearly out of warranty. Go Garmin!

I sent my four year old 7612 back to Garmin last Friday. The screen was delaminating. Yesterday I received a brand new unit. I don’t think customer service can get any better than that! Go Garmin!
