Garmin GPSMap 7612 does not have same info on second screen XSV 7612

I have contacted garmin three times with no solutions. both screens use NMEA 2000 communications but second screen xsv shows same time, GPS coordinates, but different fuel amounts and other data. Has anyone had this problem (2016) Ranger R29S
