I recently purchased subject Cutwater and the previous owner opted out of radar. I have it in to do install and the marina seems to be trying to determine best way to mount aftermarket so looks professional. Mentioned custom mount, but I think there must be something commonly used. Any guidance would be appreciated. I got caught in heavy fog near SJI and Deception Pass and that can't happen again. Unfortunately, the masts we used on the 24 coupes of that era are no longer available. Good news is that you can go any way you like. The biggest issue is the cabin top, as there are plenty of generic masts out there that would hold the Garmin radar (if that's the one you're going with) or pretty much any other radar. Just make sure that the mast would be stable on the area where you plan to mount it and that should suffice. Hope this helps get you started.
