Being short, heavy, and old, I find getting into the Captain Chair behind the wheel to be a challenge. Has any one added a grab handle to assist sliding in there, other than using the top of the dash. I don't want to pull on the steering wheel, nor the shift lever.

Maybe consider a Seasucker grab handle, which you could put in place and reposition as desired without the need for any fasteners.
