Havoline or Yanmar Coolant

I have been told that the recommended Yanmar coolant is the same as Havoline Long Life (dex cool) product. Can anyone confirm or dispell this comment, please ?

I just purchased Prestone Extended Life 50/50. It is the same formulation as the Yanmar brand.
