Is the head/shower the same size on the 25sc as the 27?
 
I assume you are talking about the R27 Classic. I don't have the measurements but if you look at the photos of each on the RT website it looks like the R27 Head is about 4" wider. The R27 sink is also larger and it includes an electric head.
