We are on shore power, heater is not responsive. Any ideas? Guidance to fuze also helpful 🙂

The heater runs off engine heat. If you're trying to turn on the reverse cycle heat using the a/c, the controller/thermostat needs to be set to heat mode. Not sure if this helps, but I hope it's that simple.
 
Andrew helped us. It turns out the AC relay wasn't turned on at the panel and so the heater wasn't getting power. Works fine now. Just posted in the event anyone else runs into this.
