How do I communicate with the factory via this website?

Go to main forum page and select Ask the Ranger Tugs factory. Only Factory crew can answer questions on that page.

Hey JeffreyAC77, the fastest way to get in contact with the factory is to call the office. (253) 839-5213 We do have customer service reps that check tugnuts as often as possible but it's not always every day.

Have you posted a question on this forum in the "Ask the Ranger Factory" section? Jared, Ralf and the rest of the team seem to be very responsive. Maybe the new format makes it easier for them to sift through the posts and address those that are aimed at the experts. (My opinion!). You can call them as well at (253) 839-5213.
