I have the winterization document from the factory. When I tried to winterize my 2010 25 classic, I could not pour antifreeze into the holding tank. It acted like the tank was full (which it was not) or like there was some sort of back flow preventer valve. How do I Winterize the tank and maserater?

Where are you pouring the antifreeze?
If you have the tank discharge valve set to the macerator position I doubt that liquid will pass backwards through the pump out fitting..
I pour it into the toilet and pump it into the head.

Sounds like you need to turn the valve at the macerator in the opposite direction.
Start with an empty tank, pour couple of gallons of antifreeze into the tank. It should flow right down the pump out hose if the valve is lined up correctly. Then run the macerator until the antifreeze comes out. Be careful when you do that because there will be some waste coming out also.

If through the toilet that will also protect any toilet parts

If the valve is in position for discharge through the macerator you can not get anything to pass pouring into the waste tank pump out cap. Throw the valve in the opposite direction add some antifreeze to the toilet and the waste water tank after you pumped the crap out of it. Then find a hose that fits the macerator discharge outlet. Add electrical tape for a snug fit and put one end of the hose in a bucket the other into the discharge port. Switch valve to the opposite position and turn on the waste tank breaker pump till the pump sucks air add a little more antifreeze and pump till what looks like pure anti freeze comes out. Dump the bucket contents in neighbors yard.
