Anyone know a good, eco friendly way to keep the spiders in the cockpit at bay? My RC-21 EC lives on the water so I get a lot of those daddy long leg (?) looking spiders in the cockpit. They seem to love all the dark enclosed spaces on my dock and boat. I don't have a huge problem with them (maybe a dozen or so every month) and there are no creepy crawler type spiders like I get on my pontoon boat (thank God), but they do build quite few webs....enough that I have to use one of my fishing rod holders for a web broom :|P
I've been reading about using peppermint oil, vinegar, dryer sheets, and even chestnuts. Has anyone had success with these?
