How to access bolts holding Weaver davits

On the starboard side one of the bolts holding the mount for the rod that holds the dinghy vertical has come out. I can't see how to access the back side. Anyone have a suggestion? I tried reach up from the rearmost locker (steering gear etc.) but it seems that the mounting plate is not accessible from there.

Found them. Great response from the factory even on a Sunday! The nut is 7/16 in if anyone has a similar issue.
