How to access shower sump on 2015 R-31

Hello friends, in the interest of preventative maintenance, I want to inspect and clean my shower sump and sump pump. How does one access that pump?

On my R29, it's in a box under the foot of the forward stateroom bed. At the bottom of the stotage area is a piece of plywood. Unscrew and lift out that, and you should see the sump box.

In your 31 it is under the foot of the bed, the plywood just lifts out no screws, then 4 phillips at the corners of the box and squeeze the filter to distort it and slip past the plastic dogs holding it in. Rinse it clean, hold it tight, it will sink if you drop it in the water.

On our 2014 R31CB, the sump is also under the forward stateroom bed. It is rather cumbersome getting into the compartment, so I put disconnects on the wires. This enables me to completely remove the pump and float switch and thoroughly clean it outside. You cannot perform this when the ac's are running because the condensation lines drain into this sump as well as the shower. I figured the disconnects aren't affected by any inclement weather, so they should maintain the proper connection.
