On my C30, I'd like to run a GPS puck from the mast to inside the bathroom/behind the helm to feed an AIS.
How do you do this?
Do the interior roof panels get removed?
How do you get the wires down from inside the roof to behind bathroom mirror? Is there a conduit to access?
I'll be digging in and doing this on Monday and am looking for some pointers before I start disassembly of the boat.
I'll also be pulling the satellite TV dish and any cabling from the mast to inside the boat.

If positioned properly you could install the puck inside the cabin. This will be easier than running the wire from the mast. Find a spot that looks good for reception and ease of running the wire. Temporarily set it up to make sure you are getting good reception and try it out. If all works well then do a permanent install.
