Howdy!
By way of introduction, I grew up cruising on a 1938 Chris Craft on the Tombigbee, then gravitated to sailing, My wife and I have had a broad range of boats including some real "interesting " mis adventures on the dark side! :shock: :lol:
We we have sailed the Med and the NW Atlantic, and cruised the Gulf from Pensacola to Cartegena...
That said we have decided that we need to see some of what the interior of our "own back yard" has to offer. We've long admired these boats and are very much looking forward to seeing some places you just can't see with a 4' draft, 55'mast doing 7kts. Soooooo...it Looks like we went and pulled the trigger on a R23!
I look forward to hanging out around here...I've been lurking, but that's part of why I decided on Ranger, seems like a nice bunch of folks
Any input on good places to cruise, initially around the Southeast; but hopefully further afield as we get more used to her, are appreciated!
