I have tried several cleaner/waxes for the topsides and hull and wonder what others are using. I have used some 3M products and Meguiar's with mixed results. I don't want a harsh wax but I don't think I am getting all of the oxidation out. Also, what's the best choice, liquid or paste?

Pat ,Colinite 840is always very highly rated . They have a cleaner wax that lots of pros use .You can use the 920 foollowed by 925 as well .

I would highly recommend Prism polish(metal polish and Fiberglass deoxidizer) and Mirage polish for the hull. The company gave us 60 free samples for the PNW Rendezvous this year. People have told me it is a miracle product. I have showed many people on our dock the results on the hull and they have traveled to Seattle (about 70 miles) to buy it. You can reach them at (877)377-5112 to find a distributor in your area. I assure I am not associated with the company but a "very" satisfied customer.

I would have to concur 100% with Nellie Too's comment about Prism polish and Mirage wax. I use both on our R-21EC and I have not found anything better. Prism polish can work miracles on cleaning or restoring the shine to fiberglass gelcoat. The really nice thing about the Mirage wax is that it can be used on anything. If you are applying it to the hull, you can do the rub rail rubber and stainless all at the same time, without worrying about cleaning up any overwax residue. It also goes on easy and is a breeze to buff off by hand.
