Hydraulic oil question (again)

My steering seems ok - but I read about keeping the reservoir full on the steering -

Is there another location that it can be filled? Does that cap on top pop off or screw off?

I'm not sure regarding other reservoirs but the cap on the steering pump screws off on mine. I have a single station so I only have the one reservoir on top of the steering wheel pump.

Hi all,

Make sure that you don't "top off" the helm pump. The reservoir is considered properly filled when the gears inside are merely submerged in the fluid, in other words that the fluid simply covers the gears. If you over fill, the pump will leak at the cap. Hope this helps.
